AARM Objectives

Certainty

Many leaders sense a call to leadership/ vocational ministry but are in need of certainty. The AARM program includes practical ministry involvement, conferences, leadership engagement, and mentorship designed to help AARM participants get to a place of personal conviction about their personal ministry call and relationship with Every Nation Churches & Ministries.

Exposure

Leaders come to a basic understanding of Every Nation’s Ministry values, practices, and structures. This helps to ensure that AARM participants understand how our specific ministry areas synergize with many other ministries to form a healthy and effective movement.

Clarity

Identify Specific Ministry Calling: AARM participants who have certainty about their ministry calling are provided with tools to help identify those opportunities
